CANCELLATION INFORMATION

Right of cancellation.
The cancellation period extends fourteen days from the day when either you or a third party named by you  other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To carry out your right of cancellation you must inform us in a clear statement (e.g. by post, fax or email) of your decision to revoke this contract.

To do this you can choose to use the accompanying sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

To comply with the timely dispatch of the cancellation it is sufficient that you that the advice of your intention to use your right of cancellation is sent before the end of the cancellation period.

 

Consequences of the cancellation
Should you cancel the contract, we are obliged to refund, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the date that we received your cancellation request, all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of any additional costs arising due to your choice of a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery indicated by us). This repayment will be effected by the same means in which the original payment was made, unless mutual agreement has been reached regarding a different payment method; under no circumstances will any charges be deducted from this refund.  

We are at liberty to refuse refund of payment either until we have received the returned goods or until we have received proof from you that they have been dispatched, whichever is the sooner.

You are obliged to return the goods to us immediately, and in any case within fourteen days of the date that we received your cancellation request:

The deadline is considered to have been met if the goods were returned prior to the fourteen day deadline expiring.  

You are responsible for the immediate cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any possible depreciation of the goods if, on inspection, this depreciation can be proved to arise from unnecessary handling having affected the condition, properties or correct functioning of the goods.
