To make a binding reservation, we ask you to provide your credit card details - the card will not be charged.

General cancellation policy

Free cancellation period 24 hours before arrival.
For cancellations on the day of arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.

Exceptions to general cancellation regulations

Cancellation conditions
for Christmas and New Year 25.12.2023-6.01.2024
carnival 9.-18.02.2024 and
winter weekends from Friday – Sunday 19.01.-16.03.2024:

Free cancellation possible up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations up to 1 day before arrival, we reserve the right to charge a 50 % cancellation fee. For cancellations on the day of arrival, 100 % of the total price will be charged.
For group bookings the free cancellation period is 30 days before arrival.
