Booking Policies & Cancellation Terms

To guarantee your reservation, we kindly ask you to provide your credit card details.

Your credit card serves as a guarantee only and will not be charged in advance.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Different cancellation conditions apply during the following periods:

• Christmas Holidays: December 25, 2026 to January 3, 2027
• Carnival Holidays: February 5, 2027 to February 14, 2027
• Winter Weekends (arrival on Friday or Saturday):
  • January 5, 2027 to February 4, 2027
  • February 15, 2027 to March 14, 2027

For reservations during these periods, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
• Cancellation from 13 days before arrival until 3:00 PM on the day before arrival: 50% of the total reservation value
• Cancellation after 3:00 PM on the day before arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the accommodation cost (excluding local tourist tax)

Group Reservations

The standard 24-hour cancellation policy does not apply to group reservations.

The applicable cancellation terms for group bookings will be specified in the individual offer and/or booking confirmation and form part of the reservation agreement.
