General cancellation policy

Free cancellation period 24 hours before arrival.
For cancellations on the day of arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.

Exceptions to general cancellation regulations

Cancellation conditions
Christmas holidays 2024/2025 - from 23.12.2024
Carnival 2025 - 21.02.-09.03.2025 and
Winter weekends from Friday to Sunday - 17.01.-16.03.2025:

Free cancellation possible up to 14 days before arrival.
For cancellations up to 1 day before arrival, we reserve the right to charge a 50 % cancellation fee.
For cancellations on the day of arrival, 100 % of the total price will be charged.
For group bookings the free cancellation period is 30 days before arrival.
