Für Susanne Dörflinger, Geschäftsführerin des Schlosshotels, bedeutet Führung Verbindung aufbauen, in Beziehung gehen,
bei Bedarf intuitiv entscheiden, kooperieren, gut mit sich selbst verbunden sein und gemeinsam im Team Entscheidungen treffen. Der spanische Dichter Antonio Machadao beschreibt es in einem Gedicht sehr zutreffend: »Neue Wege entstehen, indem man sie geht.«
Diesen neuen Weg beschreitet Susanne gemeinsam mit ihrem Team von 30 Mitarbeiter:innen.

Visually our hotel is a mix of 1980s timber features and modern design, an intentional symbiosis of the old and the new, using a well thought-out selection of different materials. We are passionate about sustainability, so we prefer to use loving care to redecorate and nurture our interior design, rather than carrying out renovation work every five or ten years.
People are centre stage
We encourage our staff to develop their talents here with us, because in our view the concept of people comes first. Our hotel team is one big family.
The restaurant is closed
on Sundays
We have introduced this weekly closing day to enable our staff to enjoy a regulated family life.
